INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2024-2025

 

23rd and 24th April 2024 marked the beginning of a new dawn for the emerging leaders of Auxilium Convent School as the budding young pioneers were vested with responsibilities to lead the school ahead in the ongoing session.

In fact, 23rd April was exclusively reserved for Primary Investiture Ceremony whereas Secondary Investiture Ceremony was organized on 24th April. On both days, the programme and proceedings were conducted smoothly under the guidance of Sr. Principal, Sr. Vice-Principal and other teachers.

Sr. Sini Mathew, Provincial Superior, Kolkata Province adorned the seat of the chief guest on both days. She is best known for her outstanding contributions towards uplifting the standard of education in Auxilium Convent School, social service, voluntary works etc.

In this ceremony, the School Captain, School Vice-Captain, the House Captains and the Vice Captains were presented with the sash and House flags which bear the insignia of their position. The chief guest, Sr. Sini administered the oath of office to the Captains, who pledged to be committed and adhere to the values upheld by the school.

The office bearers, Prefects, Vice Prefects, student guides were distributed with badges by the honorable Principal, Vice Principal and Sr.Administrator respectively. All the members of the students Council were also given their badges with a note on their tasks and responsibilities.

On this occasion, Sr. Sini inspired the tender minds through her motivational speech emphasizing on the need of young leaders to act responsibly towards lifting, designing and decorating the framework of school-life foundation. She urged the school captains to be determined and focused in their line of duties and also advised them not to get distracted by insignificant matters.

To make the occasion glittering, the respected PARENTS of School Captain, School Vice-Captain, the House Captains and the Vice Captains were invited to witness the ceremony and ignite a spark to the event.

On this occasion, an array of programme like dance and music was performed by ACS students. Finally the curtains were drawn with the singing of the school anthem by the entire school as a mark of solidarity.
